It's China meeting India in Thailand. Yogic stretches, reflexology, acupressure and a Buddhist view of the world all combined. Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing method, as old as 2500 years. If you've never experienced it yet, I highly recommend it!

It gives relief for neck, shoulder, back, knee pain. It can help with sleeping problems, fatigue and stomach problems.

I've done the 3 month long CAPT-program over 5 years time at ITM (International Thai Massage School) and done multiple workshops with Krishnatakis, David Lutt and Pau Castellsague.

THAIJOOGAHIERONTA

Thaijoogahieronta auttaa puhdistamaan kehoa sekä nostaa energiatasojasi nopeasti kuten joogakin. Sitä kutsutaankin usein "laiskan miehen joogaksi".

Sen sanotaan kehittäneen Buddhan lääkäri Tohtori Zivago. Thaijoogahieronta on enemmänkin kehon manipulointia kuin hierontaa. Siinä yhdistyy kiinalainen lääketiede sekä ayurdeva ja buddhismi. Hoidon aikana sinua venytetään jooga-asanoihin, painetaan akupainantapisteitä sekä refleksologiapisteitä. Hoito virkistää ja rentouttaa.

Olen opiskellut thaihierontaa vuodesta 2013 ja käynyt Thaimaassa ITM-koulun (International Thai Massage School) kolmen kuukauden CAPT-ohjelman sekä käynyt lukuisia työpajoja Krishnatakisin, David Luttin ja Pau Castellsaguen opetuksessa.
